Zhuhai Jianguhua Marine, also sometimes romanized as Zhuhai Jianghua Marine or Jianguhua Shipyard, is a yacht builder and shipyard located in Zhuhai, in the Guangdong province of China. The company is active in the marine industry, notably situated within the Pingsha Yacht Industrial Zone, which has become a hub for yacht manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta. While comprehensive details about its founding year and origin are limited in open marine industry sources, Zhuhai Jianguhua Marine is referenced in export records and industry overviews as one of the earlier large yacht and commercial shipbuilders in southern China since the 1980s. Zhuhai Jianguhua Marine gained recognition for building both steel and aluminum vessels, including motor yachts, passenger ferries, and customized commercial craft. It is known for constructing motor yachts up to the 40–50 meter class, catamarans, and also for commercial projects. The shipyard has served both domestic and international clients and has built yachts and workboats for export, especially during the rapid growth of China's yacht sector in the early 2000s. While overshadowed in recent years by newer Chinese superyacht builders such as Heysea and Tricon Marine (also in Zhuhai), Jianguhua remains notable as an established builder in the Chinese yacht industry. As of 2025, there is limited recent public reporting on major new launches or expansion, but no credible information indicates the yard is defunct. Zhuhai Jianguhua Marine’s reputation is linked to its early contribution to the Chinese yacht-building movement and its ability to deliver durable vessels for both leisure and commercial use.
