The client portal, the mobile application and their data are hosted on FROLSON’s own servers in France.
3. Service description
YachtSecure is the online service of the insurance broker FROLSON, dedicated to yacht and crew insurance. It allows users to:
- create a secure personal account;
- access their insurance file (policies, certificates, documents, claims);
- upload and store insurance documents;
- benefit from an automated analysis of their insurance policies;
- request quotes and compare marine insurance offers;
- use the AI assistant “Yachtie” to ask questions about their contracts, prepare contract changes and document requests, and declare a claim.
The analyses and answers produced by automated tools and by Yachtie are for information only and do not replace the personalised advice of our brokers. The way artificial intelligence is used and how your data is protected are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. General terms of use
Use of the website implies full acceptance of this legal notice and of our Terms of Service. These may be amended at any time; users are invited to consult them regularly.
The website is normally accessible 24/7, except during technical maintenance. FROLSON strives to provide accurate information but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or delays in updates.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the website and the application (structure, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases) are the exclusive property of FROLSON or are used with authorisation. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means, is prohibited without FROLSON’s prior written authorisation.
